Your New Role

Your Day to Day
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across IT, development, marketing, and external platform vendors to scope, implement, and optimise high-impact technical enhancements.
  • Lead issue resolution across frontend and backend systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and user experience.
  • Establish and maintain a rigorous UAT, QA, and feedback framework to ensure the integrity and reliability of platform updates, deployments, and feature enhancements across multi-region storefronts.
  • Oversee product lifecycle execution on-site, ensuring accurate product listings, metadata, tagging, and hierarchy for optimal discoverability, SEO performance, and conversion impact.
  • Own customer experience data infrastructure, track, analyse, and translate customer feedback into structured platform enhancements that improve usability, retention, and NPS.
  • Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing workflows with technical precision, briefing, QA, scheduling, and reporting across platforms such as Klaviyo, ensuring seamless audience segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Support performance marketing initiatives by managing asset implementation, tagging, and platform configuration.
  • Drive analytics and reporting by leveraging GA4, Shopify Analytics, and BI dashboards.
  • Deliver technical insights and performance diagnostics across key eCommerce KPIs including traffic, AOV, CVR, bounce rate, and revenue attribution.

What You Need
  • Considerable eCommerce experience in a technically focused role.
  • Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, including multi-store and multi-region functionality.
  • Experience with key platforms including Klaviyo, Google Analytics (UA GA4), Yotpo, and CMS tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, tagging, HTML, and general digital infrastructure.
  • Track record of owning campaigns end-to-end with tight deadlines and cross-functional input.
  • Adept at project coordination and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a user-first mindset and a bias for action.
