Are you an experienced eCommerce professional who loves licensed products and pop culture brands? We're partnering with a leading toy and consumer goods distributor, known for working with some of the world's most iconic entertainment brands — think Pokémon, Barbie, Disney, and more

As their new eCommerce Specialist, you'll manage the end-to-end D2C online experience. From launching exciting new products and optimising merchandising to improving site performance and leading content updates — you'll play a key role in growing their online presence and delivering a seamless customer journey

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end operations of the Shopify store
  • Merchandising, product uploads, and promotional campaign execution
  • QA, UAT, and ongoing site optimisation
  • Analyse performance and customer behaviour to improve conversion and experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and warehouse teams
  • Support key licensed product launches with a customer-first lens
About you:
  • 2–4 years' experience in an eCommerce role (ideally in retail, toys, or consumer goods)
  • Confident using Shopify (Plus a bonus)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on, proactive and collaborative working style
  • Experience working with licensed products or within a fast-paced retail environment is highly regarded
