About the Role
We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Assistant to join our Finance Team in Canning Vale. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to support high-level business functions, contribute to smooth daily operations, and provide essential administrative and clerical support across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Financial Controller and wider Finance Team
  • Raise purchase orders and receipt goods/services in MYOB
  • Compile intercompany recharge information and assist with cost allocation
  • Maintain approved supplier list and Company Secretarial database
  • Manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, car hire)
  • Manage reception and guest greetings via the Greetly digital platform
  • Oversee property management and liaise with contractors for two Perth sites
  • General office management and supplies sourcing
  • Coordinate office renovations, functions, and team events
  • Support the Site Security Team with admin, coordination, and security protocols
Skills & Experience
  • Prior office management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with MYOB (highly desirable)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic setting
  • Experience managing multiple sites is an advantage
Qualifications
  • Certificate in Business Administration (desirable but not essential)
