We're a busy, local cabinet making business with over 20 years experience delivering high-quality, custom cabinetry to clients across the Perth Metropolitan area . Our friendly, down-to-earth team works hard to bring great ideas to life—from kitchens and laundries to custom cabinetry. Now, we're looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to join our office team and grow with us

This is a great opportunity for someone who's eager to start their career in administration or who is currently undertaking a industry relevant certificate or diploma and wants to learn the ropes in a supportive team environment. You'll assist with day-to-day office tasks while gaining valuable experience in the residential building/construction industry.

Duties include:

  • Answering phone calls, greeting clients and product representatives

  • Assisting with the office email & calendar

  • Data entry and document filing

  • Helping the Estimators with quotes and supplier follow-ups (when required)

  • Assisting in ordering/collection of products & any office/kitchen items

  • Supporting the team with general office duties

  • Social media & website upkeep

  • Organising new employees & apprentice training

About you

  • Experience using Word, Excel etc.

  • Xero experience desired but not required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail

  • Passion for the building/construction industry

  • Can work independently as well as in a team

This position is offered on a casual basis, 2 days a week with the potential for 3-4 days a week.
