The Opportunity

We are expanding and seeking a motivated Franchise Recruitment & Sales Executive to join our growing national team. This is a purely sales-driven role focused on converting franchise enquiries into successful franchise partners. You will be provided with a consistent flow of qualified leads from individuals interested in owning their own Cosmetique clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming franchise leads and convert them into signed franchise agreements.
  • Present the Cosmetique business model to potential franchisees through online or phone consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity.
  • Work closely with senior management to optimise conversion strategies.
  • Represent the Cosmetique brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

About You

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise recruitment.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Able to manage your own schedule effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of franchise sales or high-value service sales is desirable.
