We are seeking an Area Manager to lead, inspire and grow our network of stores in VIC. A typical day in the life of a Sharetea Area Manager will include:

  • Providing day to day operational support to our franchise partners
  • Promoting and coaching on operational excellence and business profitability
  • Supporting the training of new franchise partners
  • Monitoring and coaching on financial performance
  • Ensuring brand compliance
  • Driving sales and marketing initiatives
  • Managing a store visitation cycle
  • Building relationships with franchise partners and their teams
  • Ensure operational compliance
  • Ability to achieve and exceed set KPI's
  • Managing new store openings

Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Retail/QSR experience 5+ years
  • Multi-site franchise operations or management experience 5+ years
  • The ability to influence change in a diverse network
  • Demonstrated knowledge of retail operational processes
  • Outstanding relationship building skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must have car and drivers license
  • Financial business experience – the ability to interpret P&L's and financial data
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently and effectively
  • Strong problem solving skills
