We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people live, work, play, shop, and eat.What this role involves: The Property Manager will optimise the performance of the properties under management including maximising rental income, controlling expenditure and completing negotiations as well as timely reporting to clients.This role is based onsite in Chatswood  A snapshot of the role: Obtain thorough knowledge of the Property Management Agency Agreement and ensure requirements the MAA are carried outPrepare income and expenditure budgets and outgoings reconciliations using standard JLL spreadsheet packagesNegotiation of leases, lease renewals and rent reviews, including co-ordination and reporting of external leasing agentsCompile regular reports pertaining to property, providing information to clients as required including a monthly report to the client covering financial, building and lease management issues.Show experience in Commercial and Retail Lease requirements and fundamental Lease principals together with the legislation that governs these sectors.Management of accrual book-keeping and processing of expenditure in accordance with budgets and Owner's instructionInspect and report on the condition of the property and arrange any necessary related worksTenant liaison – handling queries, complaints and needs of tenants. Sound like you?
