Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager at one of our locations in Sydney. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating food and beverage offerings, maintaining inventory, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while upholding high standards for quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage and and strong background in specialty coffee
  • Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional work environment
  • Prior experience in hospitality management is essential
