With a national chain of existing stores, new store openings and internal promotions on the horizon, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team.

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside a passionate Store Manager and if you're an inspiring leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want you on board. As a leader within our business, you'll be at the heart of our success, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving growth and profitability.

Your Role:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop an awesome team, including fellow Managers, to hit sales targets and create raving fans.
  • Own store operations, from inventory to merchandising, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that encourages open communication and celebrates success.
  • Drive sales through effective promotions, smart strategies, and an unbeatable customer-first attitude.
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming space for both customers and staff, while following health and safety standards..
