The Role:

As a Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 3 fast food outlets, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You'll be the key link between the area operations and store-level teams, supporting managers and supervisors to deliver results, uphold brand standards, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support Managers and Supervisors across multiple locations
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high standards in food quality, service, hygiene and safety practices
  • Monitor and improve performance across KPIs (sales, labour, COGS, customer experience, etc.)
  • Performance based rostering
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional activities
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews
  • Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Report to senior management with operational updates and strategic input

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Multi Site Manger or high performing Cafe/Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step in their hospitality career
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
  • Hands-on, fun, energetic, and proactive approach to leadership
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as needed
  • Flexibility to work evenings including Friday and Saturday evenings and as needed
