About You

  • Proven experience in business consulting, coaching, restaurant/hotel ownership, or senior operations/financial management within the hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of the financial challenges and opportunities specific to the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • A "can-do" attitude and a desire to build a thriving business helping hospitality businesses in your community.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of hospitality business clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Understand their individual business goals and challenges to provide tailored support.
  • Account Growth & Retention: proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Balance My Books services to existing clients, demonstrating the value of expanded support.
  • New Business Development: prospect for new clients within the hospitality industry through targeted networking, referrals, and participation in industry events. Effectively present the value proposition of Balance My Books to potential clients.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts and provide regular reports to clients on their progress and the value of Balance My Books services.
  • Industry Engagement: stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices within the hospitality sector to better serve clients and identify new opportunities for Balance My Books.
