About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across finance, systems, and operations. Based in our Brisbane National Office, this role is central to driving structured delivery, cross-functional alignment, and scalable change across our care network.

You'll manage complex projects such as uplifting our CRM, improving our ERP, and embedding our HRIS platform. Your focus will be on delivering outcomes with precision, transparency, and strong stakeholder engagement. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds trust quickly, and knows how to turn vision into action.

This role is being offered on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across finance, systems, and operational functions
  • Leading Change Management with responsible risk management
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks
  • Facilitate collaboration between finance, IT, Care operations and external partners
  • Oversee ERP-related initiatives including NetSuite optimisation and reporting uplift
  • Drive CRM uplift and HRIS platform embedding across the organisation
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, resource constraints, and misalignment early
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication and structured updates
  • Support change management, training, and adoption across impacted teams
  • Champion continuous improvement and scalable delivery practices
  • Regular reporting to the leadership team

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience as a senior project manager, ideally within aged care, health, or service-based sectors
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), CRM platforms (Saleforce preferred), and HRIS solutions (ZoHo Preferred)
  • Excellent planning, governance, and communication skills
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder alignment, and vendor coordination
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just activity
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive clarity
  • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
