Position Title:
Marketing & Content Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in building brand awareness with both new and existing clients. Currently, too few in our industry know who we are, what we do, and what makes us different. The role focuses on creating and delivering marketing content across social media, our website, and other platforms. It requires creativity, initiative, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that clearly keep our products front of mind to clients, in our market.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and deliver marketing content across social media, EDMs, and other branded channels, using own skills or coordinating external specialists when needed.
Conduct interviews with internal experts, clients, or partners to gather insights for content creation.
Maintain and update the company's website and online profiles, ensuring new products and key information are kept current.
Build and strengthen brand awareness to close the gap with those who do not know who we are or what we do.
Ensure everything we want people to know about us is visible, consistent, and aligned with our brand and style.
Ownership of website development and online platform improvements, either directly or with external experts.
Organise and manage product/project photography
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and SEO, to drive visibility and reach.
Monitor engagement metrics, analyse results, and report outcomes to management.
Manage marketing calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and activities.
Identify and suggest new marketing opportunities, bringing creativity and innovation to campaigns.
Take initiative and work proactively with minimal direction
Perform other tasks as reasonably directed by management.
