Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MYOB
  • Excellent organizational skills

Reports to:

  • Financial Controller

Required Skills:

  • Efficient in using MYOB
  • Efficient in using Uptick
  • Efficient in using Procore
  • Great communication skills and independent team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and results oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate preparation and reporting of the financial performance of the business and associated entities.
  • Preparing BAS on a quarterly basis
  • Full responsibility for Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet (including month end reconciliations) & Cash Flow reporting.
  • Preparation and review of weekly aged debtors report with Financial Controller
  • Assist in preparing the month end accounts, ensuring balances are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review new contracts as part of the customer onboarding process to ensure all details provided are correct and set up the new client
  • Preparation of quarterly budget and cash flow forecast
  • Assist the Financial Controller in overseeing the financial performance and to identify and implement continuous process improvements

  • Debtors ledger in its entirety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 per year
