**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a confident and experienced Finance & Operations Support Specialist to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for collecting funds invoiced by our Head Office, as well as assisting in the processing and allocations for bank reconciliations, you will also ensure weekly and monthly statements are sent monthly to the network of stores and other relevant suppliers.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Daily allocation of funds received (cash, cheques, EFT’s & EFTPOS) across all entities
- Provide and distribute out monthly debtors report shortly after months end
- Liaise with all Operations managers regarding any Store that may be late, not co-operating or that have general issues in terms of repayment,
- Monitor debtors status in company owned stores through a review of customer aged debtors listing and help in determining appropriate course of action,
- Provide management team with updates and on a regular basis for the recovery of debts, and Provide Financial Controller write-off list of unrecoverable debts.
- Liaise with store managers and franchisees and initiate any action required controlling debtors.

**About you**:

- Tertiary education in finance/accounting
- Strong understanding of the accounting principles
- Great communications skills both written and verbal
- Can be adaptable and flexible
- Excellent attention to detail

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
