**About the role**:
The purpose of this position is to offer our customers, both internal and external, exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with all queries they have regarding their lot account. Your role will involve:
Responding to owners’ queries across the National Group.
Answering and returning calls.
Checking and entering Levies/Contributions in the system.
Updating non-debt recovery lists.
Liaising with Lawyers for lots under Legal Action.
Assisting internal customers with queries relating to Levies and Arrears.
Issuing Levies/Contributions for schemes.
Running Levy Generation Reports and ensuring all levies have been issued.
Handling Sales Certificate Escalations and checking lots in legal.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal).
Excellent time management abilities.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Computer Literate
