We are a diverse, energetic, and high performing, team of Analysts based in Brisbane. We work closely with our Relationship Executives to manage a portfolio of diversified clients and assist with all of their financial requirements. Recent internal promotions have created this outstanding opportunity.  As a vital part of Commercial Banking business, we serve businesses that turnover between $3M and $30M and provide debt facilities from $1M to $10M delivering on a range of financial requirements, including but not limited to cash flow, working capital and risk management. We support a diverse client base, providing an opportunity to gain exposure in a broad range of sectors.
 

Do Work That Matters:

The Analyst role is central to relationship management, you will collaborate closely with colleagues, senior leaders, and clients, offering valuable solutions.
 

More Specifically, You Will:

  • Assess creditworthiness, oversee applications, conduct due diligence, and model financial risk.
  • Prioritize quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimisation.
  • Support business bankers to align client needs, enhancing service, and strategising product offerings.
  • Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyse client data.
  • Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly. 
     

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with commercial insight across diverse sectors.
  • Adaptable, both independent and a collaborator.
  • The ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions.
  • The ability to prioritise risk, compliance, and credit assurance.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ideally, a Business/Commerce degree with financial accounting or insolvency experience.
