Leasing Executives at Dexus play a pivotal role in driving leasing performance and enhancing asset value. Your responsibilities will span across strategic planning, relationship management, and transaction execution You will make an impact by:
  • Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Drive leasing activity to meet or exceed financial benchmarks and contribute to capital transactions and development initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input into budgets, business plans, and leasing strategies.
  • Compile and analyse market and tenant data for CRM and leasing systems.
  • Monitor and communicate key market trends, deals, and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Assess financial implications of leasing transactions, including AFFO impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, tenant representatives, and leasing agents.
  • Position the portfolio as a preferred choice through proactive engagement and early-stage discussions.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Lead end-to-end lease negotiations and renewals, including legal coordination with external solicitors.
  • Actively contribute to a high-performing leasing team by sharing insights, solving problems, and aligning with shared goals and values.
About You You are a passionate and credible Leasing Executive with deep expertise in retail leasing. With a strong track record in relationship-building, strategic planning, and complex negotiations, you bring a proactive and commercially minded approach to every opportunity You will bring:
  • 5+ years' experience in retail leasing with a landlord or national retailer.
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, business, finance, or commerce (desirable).
  • A well-established industry network and strong credibility with agencies and tenant representatives.
  • Demonstrated success in executing complex leasing transactions and negotiations.
  • Strong prioritisation, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
