About the role

Aquatic Leisure Technologies' is seeking enthusiastic General Labourers to join our team in Jandakot, WA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on the installation of premium backyard swimming pools. As a General Labourer, you will be an integral part of the pool installation process, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality products for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting skilled tradespeople in the installation of in-ground swimming pools and associated equipment
  • Carrying out general labouring duties such as site preparation, excavation, concrete work, and landscaping
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment by following all health and safety procedures
  • Participating in team-based tasks and collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and timely project completion
  • Adhering to quality standards and company policies to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a labouring or construction role, preferably within the pool or landscaping industry
  • Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
