**Roof Plumber**

Acero Construction is a commercial building construction company with a combination of many fields of expertise in building and associated works. Acero Construction specialises in the construction of new commercial and residential homes using steel frame and concrete construction and therefore as part of its operation team requires the services of a qualified ROOF PLUMBER.

This role requires you to install, maintain and repair flashings, metallic roof and wall claddings and rainwater products such as gutters and downpipes. You will be required to do the following, among others:
1. Prepare and/or study drawings and specifications to work out the installation requirements of roof plumbing systems and materials needed

2. Install roof mesh, insulation, roof sheeting, gutters and downpipes.

3. Fabricate and install flashings

4. Install roof safety systems and walkways.

5. Connect roof discharge to rainwater collection systems

6. Install rainwater tanks, rainwater detention devices

**Must have**:

- 5 Years experience in a similar role
- A positive, can-do attitude, hardworking and loyal.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Passion for high quality work and excellent customer service.
- Willing to do shift works on weekdays and work on weekends including Public Holidays and possible Sundays.
- Great time management skills.

Has a valid WA Motor Driver License.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
