Our client is a leading provider of Managed IT Services to the Education industry.

They're seeking a '
challenger' Business Development Manager (BDM)
to sign new logos, coach the two account managers and build a repeatable sales engine allowing them step into a future sales leadership role.

This
player-coach
role will split focus:

  • 60%: Net-new ICT, Cyber, Data & AI Managed Services acquisition (e.g. annuity based service subscriptions)
  • 40%: Coaching and supporting 2x Account Managers

  • Desire to have a sales quota derived from New Logo Acquisition only
