Your Role

As a
Strategy & Commercial Operations Associate
, you will:

  • Recruit and onboard
    new channel partners — entrepreneurs, BDMs, side hustlers, and small business owners.
  • Pitch and present
    KPay's solutions in workshops, info sessions, and one-to-one meetings.
  • Train and coach
    partners on referrals, sales techniques, and onboarding processes.
  • Build lasting relationships
    through regular check-ins, mentorship, and community engagement.
  • Support lead management
    — help convert partner referrals into successful deals.
  • Host events
    such as onboarding workshops, partner meetups, and training sessions.
  • Create structure
    by introducing processes and systems that keep partner operations smooth.

Who We're Looking For

  • Sales or recruitment experience (bonus if you've done both).
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable leading group sessions and presentations.
  • Goal-oriented and resilient — willing to go the extra mile to hit results.
  • Strong people skills — enjoys coaching, mentoring, and motivating others.
  • Adaptable and entrepreneurial — thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Detail-oriented — able to handle contracts, onboarding documentation, and lead tracking.
