About the role

Streetart Wheels TYREPLUS is seeking an experienced Automotive Repair and Tyres Sales professional to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. This full-time position will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive repair and tyre sales services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, on the phone and face to face

  • Providing expert advice and recommendations on tyre selection, automotive repair and maintenance

  • Processing sales transactions, customer orders and returns

  • Maintain customer records and update relevant databases with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with staff to address customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers

What we're looking for

  • Knowledge of tyres, wheels, automotive parts and accessories would be ideal but not essential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar automotive repair and tyres sales role
