As we continue to rapidly expand globally, we're looking for an experienced Website & eCommerce Support Coordinator to join our family-oriented team.
Why You'll Love Working Here

About the Role

• Organize and maintain digital assets in Canto and other platforms.
• Support mailflows, data tagging, and list/segment management in Klaviyo.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align content with campaigns and platform functionality.
• Maintaining accurate content to uphold brand consistency.
• Assist with reporting and performance tracking to continually improve website and eCommerce operations.
About You
You enjoy supporting teams, solving problems, and making platforms simple and effective. With an empathetic, customer-focused approach, you ensure colleagues feel supported and take pride in helping them achieve their goals through smart use of digital tools.
This hands-on role will value your technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities to deliver a seamless online experience for both teams and customers.
Further to that here's what we're looking for:
• 2–4 years of experience in website or eCommerce technical support coordination, including backend content delivery and troubleshooting across websites and marketplace platforms
• Proven ability to support marketing teams from a technical perspective and collaborate effectively across departments
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
