Role Snapshot:

As our eCommerce Manager, you'll look after the online store and marketplaces. You'll stay close to the retail team, so everything feels connected. You'll make improvements where they're needed, keep things running smoothly, and help shape what our online experience becomes next. Your role will:

  • Oversee the online store + marketplaces with a focus on clarity, accuracy and growth.
  • Work with retail so launches and product flow feel unified across both sides.
  • Improve UX and conversion through simple, thoughtful updates.
  • Keep our tech stack tidy and functional.
  • Manage budgets and timelines.
  • Support and guide the eCommerce team.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an e-commerce and/or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, specifically Shopify.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, and user experience (UX) best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage an e-commerce team effectively.
  • Optimistic and energetic with a lead by example philosophy
