Using your highly developed leadership skills, you will lead a team that undertakes installations as well as routine, preventative and corrective maintenance trade activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. You will ensure the team is competent and complying with Environmental and Regulatory requirements for their roles Environmental and WH&S requirements and relevant Sunwater policies, standards, and business rules.
In addition, you will:
- Ensure that subcontractor management processes are followed and supervision of on-site contractors to ensure safe working methods and delivery
- Provide support and guidance to Trades performing fault analysis of operational and maintenance issues to find solutions whilst identifying potential risks and mitigations
- Providing input to the 6-month plan and scheduling of works schedule, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the works
Please note that due to the nature of this role, you will participate in a 1 in 2 on-call roster.
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – Electrical with well-developed leadership experience and the ability to motivate team members to achieve performance objectives. You will have well developed Administration / Computer skills with the ability to manage a demanding workload whilst work in a changing environment.
In addition, you will have:
- 5 years' experience post trade qualification, 2 years of that in a supervisory capacity
- Electrical QLD Work Licence
- HV Certification
