About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst
to join our client's team and play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure Salesforce capabilities are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
  • Partner with developers, administrators, and project managers to design and implement Salesforce features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend system enhancements.
  • Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, wireframes, and other documentation to support development.
  • Support Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to end users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend improvements.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a
    Business Analyst
    with hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, workflows, and automation.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and documenting functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, and AppExchange solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g.,
    Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
    ) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of data migration, integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.), and APIs.
