Description

· Manage and own a portfolio of SME clients across diverse industries.

· Build strong, trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

· Prepare and review tax returns, financials, BAS, and compliance work.

· Deliver proactive tax planning and business advice.

· Lead client meetings and communicate insights in clear, simple language.

· Contribute to workflow efficiency and firm growth initiatives.

Profile

The successful Senior Manager should have:

· CA or CPA (Qualified).

· years' experience in business services/tax.

· Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you can explain complex numbers to non-accountants.

· Self-motivated, organised, and reliable – thrives on delivering results.

· Ambitious mindset – looking for responsibility, growth, and long-term career development.
