What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Carpentry
  • Proven experience in residential renovations and extensions
  • Minimum 1-2 years of residential renovation experience required
  • Strong understanding of framing, structural alterations, and detailed finishes
  • Efficient at reading and interpreting plans and drawings
  • Solid knowledge of building practices and sequencing across all trades
  • Full set of tools, reliable vehicle, and valid driver's licence
  • Provisional driver's licence is acceptable for this position
  • Positive, reliable, and motivated attitude — someone who takes pride in doing things properly
  • Australian work rights are required for this position

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Carry out all carpentry tasks across the full construction process — from set-out to final fix
  • Work closely with project managers and subcontractors to maintain smooth site operations
  • Maintain quality control and uphold safety standards on-site
