About the Client

Our client is a global leader in decorative interior building products. They support architects, designers and contractors from design to install. Local technical and commercial teams back every project.

The Role

  • Own and grow a portfolio of flooring contractors across Victoria
  • Protect specifications through tender and value management
  • Work closely with the Specification Manager to convert projects
  • Prospect new accounts and build a clean, accurate pipeline
  • Present solutions in studio and on site and manage sampling
  • Coordinate quotes, scheduling and install support with operations
  • Maintain CRM discipline and report market insights

The Person

  • External sales success in building products
  • Flooring or decorative interiors experience highly regarded
  • Strong contractor relationships and site presence
  • Skilled at holding spec and negotiating switch outs
  • Organised hunter who works autonomously
  • Polished presenter who simplifies technical detail
