Injury Management Advisor
, blending strategic oversight with hands-on injury and claims management. You'll manage portfolios across Early Intervention and Pre‑Employment Medical programs while guiding injured staff back to safe, sustainable work.
Ideal for someone with a strong grounding in workers compensation, return-to-work planning, and client engagement, particularly across VIC and NSW Schemes.
About You
- Solid experience in injury management and workers compensation with VIC and NSW scheme exposure
- Skilled in return-to-work planning, early intervention, and injury case coordination
- Strong stakeholder engagement—working effectively with clients, insurers, and treating professionals
- Strategic thinker with a knack for program delivery and data-driven insights
- Excellent communicator—informing, influencing, and guiding diverse stakeholders
