
Investigations Team Lead

Procare's Investigations Division are actively seeking an Investigations Team Lead to join our growing New South Wales Investigations team, located at our Head Office in Alexandria.This position presents an excellent opportunity for a high calibre individual with demonstrated experience, tenacity and a commitment to a demanding & busy role.
The role includes tasks such as:
- Liaison with the local and National Portfolio Managers while assuming full responsibility for New South Wales operational requirements;
- Overseeing the team's day to day Investigation performance deliverables, ensuring consistent timely and customer focused service delivery;
- Driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and client satisfaction, particularly for our large government and insurance Scheme contracts; and
- Ensuring operations comply with relevant regulations and standards to ensure quality work is delivered & compliance standards are maintained across all Schemes.
This is a full-time role at our Head Office, located in Alexandria. Each candidate is welcome to discuss their desired requirements for flexibility of location and work arrangement.
About You:
- Demonstrated operations experience within relevant sectors such as personal injury insurance, legal/law, financial services, fraud/criminal, CTP or workplace investigations;
- Strong customer service ethic is a must, through managing internal and external stakeholders;
- A drive for divisional growth, including an ability to prepare internal management reports and external reports in line with our SLAs and client requirements;
- Support & assist investigators in their roles, identify opportunities to enhance operational performance of the team and a dedication to achieving performance metrics;
- An ability to work with others effectively to obtain desired outcomes, demonstrate initiative and assert professional judgement as required;
- Have a keen interest in insurance investigations, cyber, litigation or fraud/risk management.
