Casual Disability Support Worker – ( Schofield )

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred support to our participants
  • Assist with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner
  • Follow individual Support Plans
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the team
  • Support participants with daily living tasks and community access
  • Perform light domestic duties as needed

Requirements (not limited to):

  • A minimum of an AQF Certificate III in Individual Support (or a higher relevant qualification, such as Assistant in Nursing)
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Ability to confidently support both adult and child participants
  • Team player with a positive attitude and understanding of participant needs
