We are seeking for a **Disability Support Worker** that drives and has his/her own car to join our team for our client that lives in **Schofields NSW 2762.**

**Days and Times Required**

**DAY SHIFT (Fixed Shift)**
**Mon, Thu & Fri: 8am - 4pm (8hrs)**

Holistic Support Services provides assistance, which will enhance the quality of life, confidence and methods to nurture growth and learning opportunities, improving the overall wellbeing of individuals with disabilities.

**Role Description**

As a Support Worker, you will use your enthusiasm and experience to support independence for people with disability in all aspects of life. This includes - but is not limited to - personal care, domestic and daily living support, budgeting, shopping, cooking and community participation.

**Essential Criteria**
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker's Orientation Module Certificate
- Minimum Certificate IV or equivalent
- A car and driver's license

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience working within the disability sector or experience in working with and supporting individuals deemed as having significant complexity in their lives.
- Current NSW Drivers’ License

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
