About the role
As a Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Liberty's valued customers and business partners, providing our customers support on loan products post-settlement. What your day may look like
- Providing an exceptional customer experience with the loan application process
- Responding to customers and business partner's enquiries via phone, email and webchat
- Participating in team stand ups and contributing to continuous improvement of our services and process
- Building relationships and providing free-thinking solutions to our customers and business partners
- Having fun and learning with your team
