The Role:

As a Service & Operations Specialist, you'll support users globally via phone and email. You'll manage a wide range of queries including onboarding, payments, system functionality, calendar integrations and more. You'll also assist with key operational tasks and help improve processes across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day customer queries and escalations
  • Support sales, onboarding and payment processing activities
  • Complete ad hoc operational tasks (e.g. profile verification, migrations, registrations, chargebacks)
  • Collaborate with global team members and manage daily handovers
  • Analyse service reports and contribute to service improvements
  • Suggest and implement process optimisation ideas

What You Bring:

  • Experience in customer service or operations (SaaS/tech experience highly regarded)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
  • Comfortable using data to support decisions
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proactive, accountable and team-oriented
  • Degree or relevant qualification preferred
