About the Role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director, People Services will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, modernising service delivery, and enabling scalability as the business continues to expand. • Familiarity with remuneration frameworks and reward governance.

  • Proven ability to design and implement tiered service models, supported by modern systems and digital enablement.
  • Strong data orientation, with attention to detail in reporting, analytics, and compliance to meet Board, Executive expectations.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic leadership style with credibility to influence senior leaders.
