key Compliance & AML Risk Officer role
, partnering directly with senior leaders and shaping frameworks that safeguard one of the world's leading payments businesses.

What you'll do:

  • Lead AML/CTF compliance and act as the
    designated AML Compliance Officer
  • Drive financial crime, disputes, chargeback and privacy compliance frameworks
  • Liaise with AUSTRAC, ASIC and other regulators
  • Oversee transaction monitoring, reporting, and customer due diligence
  • Build and deliver compliance training across the business
  • Influence policies and procedures to meet evolving financial services laws

What we're looking for:

  • Proven compliance experience in
    financial services or payments
  • Strong understanding AFSL obligations and Regulatory Compliance. Financial crime frameworks would be beneficial
  • Experience engaging with regulators (AUSTRAC, ASIC, RBA)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and resilient under pressure
  • ACAMS or similar qualifications highly regarded
