The Role

We're looking for a proactive
Business Development Coordinator
to join #TeamDecon in our Rydalmere office. This is a varied role supporting our Commercial & Sales team across business development, marketing, tenders and events. If you're organised, detail-driven and eager to grow your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment - this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Support the sales team with proposals, pitches, presentations and client packs.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and preparing sales materials.
  • Assist with developing and implementing sales strategies, campaigns and retention activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Provide administrative support for tender and bid submissions, including collating, formatting and compliance checks.
  • Maintain a central library of approved tender and marketing content.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, budgets, timelines and supplier coordination.
  • Create, format and distribute marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, information packs) in line with brand guidelines.
  • Draft and distribute e-newsletters, maintain mailing lists and track campaign performance.
  • Provide content support for the company website, news updates and online platforms.
  • Coordinate events, expos and trade shows, including logistics, rosters, promotional displays and materials.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in business development, marketing or admin support.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience with tenders/portal support highly regarded.
  • Experience in managing sales activities
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications (completed or near completion) preferred.
