Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at our on-site location in Melbourne, VIC. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and support implementation activities. You will create detailed process workflows, manage and prioritize project backlogs, and deliver high-quality documentation including business cases, reports, and user guides. Your expertise will help optimize business processes and ensure ongoing system enhancements to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and implementation
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong skills in data analysis, business process mapping, and understanding of Salesforce integrations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for creating documentation, reports, and end-user trainings
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
  • Technical proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and basic SQL knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field, with Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
