Role Overview
As an outbound sales executive, you will play an integral role within our company as a
Delegate Engagement Executive
, your primary
focus will be sourcing, engaging, and securing senior-level attendees for our global portfolio of conferences, executive lunches, and roundtable events, where you will be responsible for achieving delegate acquisition targets for each project, ensuring our events are attended by highly qualified and engaged audiences.
This is a full time opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic sales professional who is passionate about communication, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional experiences. Success in this role requires outstanding sales and interpersonal skills, strong organisation and time management, and a genuine drive to connect senior executives with world class events.
In this role, you will:
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for delegate acquisition and engagement across multiple events.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior executives across diverse industries.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective and confirmed attendees, ensuring a seamless journey from initial outreach through to event participation.
- Deliver an outstanding delegate experience that encourages repeat attendance and long-term loyalty to our events.
- Personally attend key conferences, roundtables, and private events to support the delegate experience and strengthen relationships face to face.
- Develop and nurture your own client base of delegates, managing these relationships over time to create long term value.
More than just filling seats, this role is about building lasting partnerships with influential leaders, ensuring they receive maximum value from our events, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and connection point within our global executive community.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years
of experience in a sales, business development, or delegate acquisition role, with a track record of meeting targets. - Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior executives across multiple industries.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage high call volumes and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and engaging personality.
- Experience in managing pipelines, CRM systems, and delegate outreach campaigns.
- Willingness to travel and attend major events to personally engage with delegates and support the onsite experience.
