**Outbound Cruise Consultant - Ultra-Luxury Cruise Line (Sydney)**

**Salary**: $67,900 + Super + Uncapped Commission | OTE Year 1: $150,000+

I’m recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an ultra-luxury cruise line renowned for offering world-class, all-inclusive voyages to the discerning traveller. - **Annual Free Cruise** valued up to $25,000
- **Base Salary**: $67,900 + Super + Uncapped Commission
- **On-Target Earnings** (Year 1): Up to $150,000+

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in outbound sales activities to promote and sell ultra-luxury cruises and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Use your product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations and upsell where possible.
- Proactively sell last-minute inventory and soft sailings to maximise sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with global teams to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- **Fluent in English**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the luxury travel or cruise industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

**Experience**:

- Proven B2C Outbound Sales: 2 years (required)
