Sales Development Reps Wanted Join a Fintech Company in Sydney CBD
WOW Recruitment is looking for four driven Outbound Sales Executives to join our fantastic client in the Sydney CBD. This is an incredible opportunity for sales professionals who are eager to grow their careers and join a company that truly invests in its people.
About the Role
This B2B sales position is perfect for someone who is confident, coachable, and ready to succeed. You’ll be based in the heart of Sydney, focusing on identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle through outbound prospecting. You’ll also work closely with a supportive sales team to achieve your monthly targets.
The Offer
- $75 - 80k + Super
- OTE $130k (uncapped)
- 4 positions available

We're Looking For...
- Previous B2B sales experience (Tech or Fintech is a bonus).
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A coachable mindset—you are ready to take feedback and run with it.
- A strong desire to build a long-term career in sales.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
Your Day-to-Day
- Manage a daily sales call cycle, qualify leads, and convert them into new clients.
- Work with a short sales cycle to meet achievable monthly targets.
- Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Explore new sales prospects and negotiate with clients.
- Use Salesforce to track conversations and maintain excellent CRM hygiene.
