Newly created role for an administration professional who has a strong interest in Real Estate/Property Management.
This varied role supports the Property Management department with the day to day admin, leasing coordination and client communication, and will offer the successful candidate the chance to grow into managing your own portfolio of rental properties over time with training provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage Real Estate administration including the front desk
- Build excellent rapport with landlords and rental applicants through existing database and face to face relationships
- Assist with property rental valuations and managing lease applications through to signed agreements including general management of the rental properties
- Assist with marketing: brochures, signboards, newsletters, social media and advertising
- Coordinate appointments and team schedules
Experience/Requirements
- Some experience in Property Management/Real Estate Sales related role would be a bonus but not essential
- Excellent computer/administration experience working with various software programs including Microsoft applications
- Experience in a similar Customer Service/Admin/Support role within the professional services industry
- Immaculate presentation with excellent communication skills verbally and written
- Presentable vehicle with current driver's license
- Able to work some Saturdays with a rostered day off during the week
