About The Opportunity
A highly organised and adaptable professional, you'll be at the centre of keeping the CIO and IT leadership team running smoothly. From managing complex calendars and critical submissions, to tracking budgets, contracts, and headcount, you'll bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment.
With strong communication skills and an eye for detail, you'll ensure the right information flows to the right people at the right time - helping the CIO focus on what matters most. This role is more than coordination - it's about enabling leadership, driving accountability, and making sure the team delivers with impact.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-level executive support to the CIO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the IT department.
- Manage contracts by tracking renewals, terminations, and values; liaising with Legal and IT owners to ensure timely and consistent execution.
- Oversee IT financials by monitoring budgets, spend, and variances; partnering with Finance to ensure accurate allocations and adherence to plans.
- Track and manage headcount plans, gathering inputs from hiring leaders and recasting plans as needed.
- Coordinate critical deadlines and submissions for; Board, Committee and regulatory scheduling reviews and consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
- Lead communication and coordination activities including CIO team meetings, presentations, reports, and supporting change initiatives.
- Manage the CIO's complex calendar, travel, stakeholder engagement, and confidential communications, ensuring priorities are met seamlessly.

About you:
A key requirement for being shortlisted is extensive experience in supporting senior executives.
- Must have significant experience as an Executive Assistant, with 4–5+ years supporting senior executives in high-level administrative roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, multiple diaries, and competing priorities with efficiency.
- Strong organisational skills, adaptability, and time management to meet shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ideally experienced in providing support to IT executives.
- Exceptional attention to detail in preparing, reviewing, and managing executive-level documents and reports.
- Well-developed financial skills, including budget oversight, expense tracking, invoice processing, and partnering effectively with finance teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising across all levels of stakeholders.
- Skilled in contract management support, including tracking renewals, coordinating approvals, and working with legal and procurement teams.
