A well established Australian water pump manufacturing business is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified trade Mechanic, or person with vast mechanical knowledge. Having worked on small engines and/or has had previous experience as a Pump Technician preferred.

You are required to have a thirst for investigation and problem solving with an ability to plan and prioritise work. An enthusiastic and flexible approach to work is critical.

The Position will focus on the following:

  • Assisting with the service and repair of small to large engines
  • Learning to service and repair pumps
  • Assisting with the service and repair of power equipment
  • Initially learning to assemble and install pumps
  • Computer literacy preferred
  • Learn to read and interpret Engineering - Mechanical diagrams
  • Customer service appreciation

You will grow with the business and will be provided with ongoing technical experience.
