About the Role

We're looking for a Mechanical Fitter to help maintain our food production equipment. You'll work with our Maintenance team to keep our machinery running efficiently and safely. This is hands-on work where you'll make a real difference to our production capability.

This position is based at Revesby on afternoon shift (2PM to 10AM). Training will be provided at Marrickville and Revesby for the initial 3 months on day shift (6AM to 2PM).

What You'll Do
  • Fix and maintain food production machinery and equipment
  • Carry out regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime
  • Install new equipment when needed
  • Keep maintenance records up to date
  • Work with the team to improve equipment reliability
What You'll Need
  • Trade qualification as a mechanical fitter
  • Experience maintaining industrial equipment
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Food manufacturing experience would be a plus
