Bene Aged Care is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced and motivated professionals to join our
Casual Residential Site Manager pool
, providing interim leadership and operational support across our residential aged care facilities in metropolitan Adelaide.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced aged care leaders seeking a flexible, casual engagement with the ability to work across multiple sites and cover periods of planned or unplanned leave.

About The Role
As a
Casual Residential Site Manager (RSM)
, you will step into leadership roles as needed, supporting individual sites to ensure the continuity of quality care, clinical governance, and operational excellence.

You will work collaboratively with the Director of Residential Aged Care to uphold Bene's commitment to person-centred, culturally responsive care, with a strong focus on resident wellbeing and workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide interim leadership at residential sites during leave or surge periods
  • Oversee clinical, operational, and workforce functions of the facility
  • Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
  • Support staff performance, accountability, and professional development
  • Promote a culture of safety, respect, and service excellence
  • Engage with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive care environment

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience as a Residential Site Manager in aged care, with a strong track record of operational and clinical leadership
  • Minimum 5 years' experience post-registration, with at least 3 years in aged care leadership
  • Sound knowledge aged care legislation, accreditation, and clinical systems
  • A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different site environments
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Valid SA Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between sites
