About the Role

We're looking for a creative and strategic Content & Social Media Manager to lead the social presence and storytelling across our portfolio of iconic hospitality venues.

In this full time role, you'll bring our campaigns and brand stories to life online — from concept through to content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting. It's a hands-on position where you'll shape content direction, manage paid campaigns, and collaborate with photographers, videographers, and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand work.

You'll be the bridge between brand and execution — transforming ideas and assets into platform-native storytelling that drives engagement, bookings, and brand love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate group campaigns, activations, and offerings into social-first content rollouts.
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with venue priorities.
  • Develop creative concepts and executions that elevate brand storytelling.
  • Schedule and publish posts across multiple venues and manage community engagement.
  • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta).
  • Brief and oversee contractors, including photographers, videographers, and UGC creators.
  • Track, report, and analyse content performance to drive continual improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure content is aligned, impactful, and ROI-driven.
  • Ensure campaigns go beyond static visuals — they become living, rolling stories across digital channels.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar full-time Content & Social Media Manager role (hospitality, lifestyle, or agency background ideal).
  • A creative thinker with a sharp eye for trends and social-first ideas.
  • Proven experience running both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Skilled in adapting campaigns for each platform.
  • Proven experience in managing external creators.
  • Hands-on with scheduling, posting, reporting, and community management.
  • Design and video editing proficiency (Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar).
  • Tertiary studies in a related field.
