Stanbroke is a reputable family-owned and operated Australian cattle and beef business. Our operations span across Northern Queensland, with the extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, a state-of-the-art cattle feedlot, a fully accredited beef processing facility and global marketing capabilities. We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 35 countries globally.

About the Program
Based at our Gatton facility in the beautiful Lockyer Valley our 12-month rotational Graduate Program gives you real experience across the business - from Human Resources and Quality Assurance to our Value-Add division and Production. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain practical knowledge, and be supported every step of the way as you build your career.
What You'll Explore:
- Human Resources
Get involved in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. - Quality Assurance
Work on food safety standards, HACCP/ISO compliance, product testing, and continuous improvement. - Value Add
Dive into product development, packaging innovation, market research, and project coordination. - Production Office
Learn about production planning, inventory control, supply chain logistics, reporting, and optimisation.

Who We're Looking For
You're someone who is:
- Graduating in 2024 or by December 2025
- Ready to start in January 2026 (we're flexible)
- Curious, motivated, and excited to learn
- A strong communicator and natural team player
- Willing to relocate near our Gatton facility in Queensland.
- An Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid permanent work visa
