About the Program

Based at our Gatton facility in the beautiful Lockyer Valley our 12-month rotational Graduate Program gives you real experience across the business - from Human Resources and Quality Assurance to our Value-Add division and Production. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain practical knowledge, and be supported every step of the way as you build your career.

What You'll Explore:

  • Human Resources

    Get involved in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Quality Assurance

    Work on food safety standards, HACCP/ISO compliance, product testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Value Add

    Dive into product development, packaging innovation, market research, and project coordination.
  • Production Office

    Learn about production planning, inventory control, supply chain logistics, reporting, and optimisation.

Who We're Looking For

You're someone who is:

  • Graduating in 2024 or by December 2025
  • Ready to start in January 2026 (we're flexible)
  • Curious, motivated, and excited to learn
  • A strong communicator and natural team player
  • Willing to relocate near our Gatton facility in Queensland.
  • An Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid permanent work visa
